What do I need to know?
Please note tours are not available on event days.
Tours do not operate on Mondays except in school holidays, the Sunday after a match day, Easter Sunday, Christmas, New Year's Day, or several days before and after stadium events.
You must pre-book for this experience to avoid disappointment, as the tours are very popular.
If you are under 16 you will need to be accompanied by a fully paid adult at all times.
You must allow at least one hour and 15 minutes for the tour, after which you are free to browse the marvellous World Rugby Museum at your own pace.
The tour and museum are fully wheelchair accessible.
Please note there are no left luggage or cloakroom facilities. Bags may be checked for security reasons.
