What do I need to know?

Available week round, year round, excluding event days.

Minimum age: 8 years.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, the ratios of adult to minor are:
- 8–17 years: one adult to two minors
- 12–17 years: one adult to four minors
- 15–17 years: one adult to six minors.

Participants may be asked to provide proof of age – please bring a valid form of ID.

Due to the popularity of this experience, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Minimum height: 1.2m.

Maximum weight: 21 stone.

Participants must by physically and medically fit to take part in this experience – unfortunately it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from vertigo, please consult a professional if you are unsure.

Please communicate any access requirements to the venue upon booking.

Please note that a waiver form must be completed in advance of the experience.

This is a guided experience and all equipment will be provided.

Please wear suitable clothing that will fit under a climb suit or gilet – anyone wearing hearing aids or glasses must ensure these are tightly fitted and secure for the duration of the climb, while long hair must be tied back.

Personal belongings cannot be taken on the climb, including cameras – lockers will be provided to store them securely.

Mobile phones are permitted but must remain in possession of the climb guide during ascent – you will be able to use it on the viewing platform.
